SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are sent tracked and signed for from the UK using Royal Mail services. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method and destination.
UK = £5
EUROPE = £15
INTERNATIONAL = £22
UK - All orders within the UK are sent via a tracked and signed for delivery method, or on some packages we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery time for UK orders is 2-3 business days after dispatch. We ship within 48 hours.
EUROPE - All orders within Europe are sent via a tracked and signed for delivery service and are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL - All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for delivery service and are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Lamis is not responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or extra costs that may incur upon arrival at the destination. Such costs are to be covered by the buyer and paid directly to the courier or local customs authority. If you have any concerns regarding customs fees, please contact us before placing your order.
DISPATCH We aim to dispatch all items within 1-3 working days. The buyer will be notified once the item has been dispatched, with details of tracking information.
TRACKING Receiving packages is the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding tracking or the whereabouts of your package, please contact the shipping provider. For further details on tracking, please refer to your local shipping provider's website using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
The buyer is responsible for paying all necessary duties and taxes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pay duties, or failure to receive or collect the package, it will be redelivered at the buyer's cost and incur a £25 handling fee. Refunds will not be issued; instead, a store credit valid for one year will be provided.
