Iron at a low temperature and use a protective cloth to prevent permanent shine on the fabric.

Store garments properly on a sturdy hanger to maintain their shape. Using a garment cover to protect it from dust or moths.

Minimize overexposure to sunlight to prevent fading.

Processing & Dispatch:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During peak times, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Shipping & Delivery Times:

UK: 2 - 3 business days £5 - Sent via Royal Mail's '24 hours Tracked and Signed'

Europe: 3 - 5 business days (£15 flat rate) – Sent via Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked and Signed’ service.

International: 5 - 10 business days (£22 flat rate) – Sent via Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked and Signed’ service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing or courier delays beyond our control.

Customs & Duties:

We are based in the United Kingdom, and international customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, import customs, handling charges, and duties; if these fees are not paid, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be billed for the return shipping cost and a £25 handling fee for redelivery, which will also be at the buyer's expense in cases of incorrect address, unpaid duties, or failure to collect.

RETURNS POLICY

www.lamis.co.uk does not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the nature of second-hand goods. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all item details before purchasing. All sales are final.

Item Condition & Fit

All items are vintage, second-hand, or deadstock, meaning signs of wear and age are expected. We describe all items as accurately as possible, including any significant flaws, and provide multiple photographs.

Minor imperfections, wear, or variations in color due to lighting or device settings do not qualify as faults.

Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before purchasing if they need further details or additional photos.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please compare measurements with a similar item or request additional measurements if unsure.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless an item is found to be significantly not as described.

If you believe we have misrepresented an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

If a return is agreed upon, the buyer is fully responsible for:

All return shipping costs.

Ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

The item’s safety until it reaches us—if the returned item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund or replacement. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for protection.

Understanding Vintage & Deadstock

All items are pre-owned or deadstock (new old stock) and may have minor imperfections due to storage or age.

Even unused vintage stock can have small flaws from original manufacture or long-term storage.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these factors and accept the item's condition as described.
